Chi took a break from work... a much deserved break at that. And decided to just laze around and enjoy the good life.

Her family had other plans. A break, for some reason, wasn't sweet music to their ears. Chi's grandparents in particular were most concerned about their deviant descendant.

Grandmother: "Chi! Have you started attending interviews? You've been sitting at home for four days now"

Chi: "Ammumma!! I'm not going for any interviews!! I don't want to work now!! I'm just gonna eat and drink and enjoy being 25!"

Grandmother to relatives: "Chi's sitting at home and trying to put on weight.. She's too thin to get married, you see.."

Grandfather to relatives: "Chi's hunting online for work.. but nothings working out. poor thing.."

(Cut to a few months later)

Grandfather: "Chi! I heard you cleared an interview. Whats the job like?"

Chi: "Ummm.. its someting to do with mobile VAS, Achacha... remember those messages from Vodafone regarding your bill or some contests they have? Something relating to that.."

Grandfather to relatives: "That girl is calling up complete strangers and asking for money!"

(Cut to a few days ago)

Grandmother: "Chi! Dont put all this on Bharat Matrimony.. We'll just tell them you are a nice school teacher or something. Dont worry, you'll get over this phase.."

Chi(undertone): "Where's a drink when you need it?"
